Greetings from the farm,
We can't believe it is December already. Although the weather is finally telling us it is winter. Our kids loved the snow last week other thank Lilly. She said it was to cold. In the mist of everything last week some of our frost blankets came off some of our veggies and caused a little damage, that is why you will see the beets this week with the tops cut off because the tops got a little damage. The good news is veggies in the high tunnel are ready and you will see some new items this week. As we take a few things off from the field to let them rest for a week or two.
