Greetings from the farm,
We are excited that sweet corn has begun. What is your favorite way to eat corn? Our favorite way right now is to eat it raw right our of the field. I think right now 80 percent of the vegetables that we are eating are raw. One because we are super busy and the second it has been too hot to cook this week. When you see it to order please take note it is by one ear so if you would like a dozen make sure you do 12 ears. In the extras for the next few weeks we will have sweet corn in bulk if anyone is interested in freezing or canning corn for the winter. We are also adding some meat packages for bulk orders over the next few weeks. We also still have a half and two quarters of beef plus a half of hog available if interested please let me know by emailing me.
