Lots of beautiful beans from our new seeding this week! We seed beans every 2 weeks throughout the season, to ensure we have beans for you! Our last seeding we call our "thanksgiving beans" are flowering now and will produce our last set of beans for the season. Beans are heat lovers, so they really slow down now with the cooler nights. And they are very frost sensitive, we do cover them with a large row cover to protect them from a light frost.

We are a certified organic family farm located in Wooler, ON, just 10 minutes north of Trenton, ON. We farm 3 acres of asparagus and 2 acres of mixed vegetables with sustainable & organic practices that will leave our soil healthier for future generations. Our family believes in growing the most nutrient dense and flavourful vegetables to nourish you and your family. We farm for our children, the future!
