New Potatoes are here! And they are looking great! Just in time for this cool weather and roasting season! The cool weather also slows things down quite a bit here. We're hoping the frost at night holds off, because we still have some beans, peppers, tomatoes and egg plant to ripen in the field & they are very frost sensitive.
Also new on the farm, we're building another coldframe (greenhouse with no heater, just solar) to help extend our season, so more produce earlier in the spring and later into the fall.
