Finally some rain this weekend! The persistent heat over the past couple of weeks had been putting stress on our leafy greens, leading to less yields. All of our plots are now running at nearly 100% capacity so most of the beginning season rush is over and we can start to relax a bit...but not too much since the weeds are now coming in full force. We are happy to announce that we have a new partnership with an innovative local business Bruizedco that is combating food waste and helping to transform our food systems. You can now order their Pulp Crunch (high fibre granola made from organic juice pulp mixed with apple chunks, ripe bananas, and local maple syrup - dehydrated into a crunch with oats, coconut and sunflower seeds) through the customization page under extras.
