Our field tomatoes ripened earlier than expected this season! We hope you enjoyed the sample in your box last week and we look forward to a steady supply over the next several weeks. Local organically grown heirloom tomatoes are truly a completely different experience than your average grocery store tomato. We hope you have been trying out new recipes with your zucchinis and eggplants (which you will also be receiving consistently from now on). If you haven't already, try making zucchini muffins or zucchini crust pizza! As always, we love to hear from our members about the creations you come up with using our produce.
