Whether we're talking carrots, beets, scallions or any of the other crops we bunch and wash, we really dig growing this food. The colors, textures and flavors shine when the food is fresh and and the crops diverse, and this is something that the whole crew can get behind.
As we enter into the peak of the growing season, our harvest list is staggeringly long, with some 30 different crops being harvested all at the same time. When you line it all up, the result is a gorgeous medley of sweet, crunchy, crisp, bright, and aromatic. We are seriously enjoying all the fun and flavorful dishes that are currently possible, and we hope you are too!
