It's been a season of abundance on the farm. The vegetable production has been cranking for months and our members have had access to steady a stream of fruits, roots and shoots. That's a win! Now that we're nearing the end of outdoor production for the season, it's time for our winter tunnel production to ramp up. The CSA season has come to a close, but thanks to our covered growing spaces, access to fresh seasonal produce from the farm will continue as we move into winter. If you are wondering how to access BF produce, beef and eggs in the winter, we will make sure that you stay in the loop to find out what's available on a weekly basis going forward. If you've never used our online store or picked up at the farm, you can do so in the off season! And for our Oshkosh area members, we will be offering a monthly Saturday order pick up at Thunderbird Bakery + Cafe as well as periodic pick up at the Oshkosh Winter Farmer's Market. Details will be available on our website and we will be sure to notify you.
As this great growing season winds down we are taking stock of all of our good fortunes. One of them has been the opportunity to grow food for You!
