Hi Everyone,
Sorry for the late start this week. The walk in cooler went down yesterday during peak heat and I had to load up everthing (all the produce, milk, flowers, eggs etc) and take it to a friends farm (Troy from Big Hill Ciderworks) about 16 miles away. That was stressful but my daughter Sage and her friend help pack everything up and load the truck. I wasn't finished until late and promptly went to sleep. The electrician will be out later to fix the problem with the cooler but it is always something when you run a farm.
This morning on the farm I picked 50 pints of cherry tomatoes and I'll pick another 100 before Friday. Finally.
I put some sweet corn in everyone's box this week too (free) so that's available also this week. Also,running a little sale on the North Mountain Pastures sausage, $1 off on all packs.
Stay cool, stay sane and let's get through this....whatever is happening right now.
