Seeding, Seeding, Seeding, that's what happens in the greenhouses each week but starts in earnest right around the first week of August when the temps start to drop.
Bok Choi, tatsoi, mustard greens, Chinese broccoli, arugula, radishes, turnips, carrots and beets. It is a wonderful time of year to see the little seedlings pop up and take shape over the next 4 weeks. So remember that if you have a garden at home that you can still seed these and get a nice harvest for the fall.
