On the Farm: Seedling Extravaganza!
Every morning I rush out to the greenhouse to greet the new babies. It's so fun to see them push up out of the soil, and grow their firsts sets of leaves over days and weeks. The little basil's look like turtles, the onions are so sharp and erect, the dill is soft and feathery. Each one has it's own personality.
We've been seeding thousands and thousands of plants each week, for the farm, for my gardens, and for the seedlings we'll be making available for pre order next month. I've also ordered in some asparagus crowns, raspberry canes, and strawberry roots that you'll be able to order for planting. Stay tuned for the details.

We are getting to the end of our storage veggies. This may be your last chance to order parsnips, celeriac, and some others until next fall. The greens are starting to really take off- salad season is upon us!
