FruitShare Update
Strawberries are here!!!!
This week you'll receive 1 pint of fresh, organic strawberries from Fresh Start Farm's Farm Manager, Anthony's farm Twin Mountain Farm in Andover, NH!
Lambsquarters are a delicious and very nutritious green that you can use just like spinach or any other leafy green! While the preparation may be the same, lambsquarters have even more nutrients with higher levels of protein, calcium, iron, vitamin C,A, and B2 than spinach. Eat fresh in a salad, quickly sauteed with butter and garlic, or try out this stir-fry with tofu.
