The recent warm weather is ripening our cherries quickly, so we're packing a lot of them this week. Some of you will also see snow peas this week. With this variety, eat the whole pod. Also debuting this week are red beets. When they're this young and fresh, they don't need to be roasted or peeled; just wash them, slice them, and sautee them with onion.
