Get out your favorite eggplant recipes because they are gonna be coming in strong the next few weeks. The tomatoes and peppers are looking promising and some will be getting them in their share this week. We planted a second succession of green beans (Italian Flat) that were suppose to be ready to harvest in 10 days, however some of them are ready to harvest and will also be part of our this weeks offering. Green beans are one of the easiest veggies to freeze so if you find yourself with an abundance of them freeze some, you will be glad you did!
