This week its all about the peppers! The peppers are fairing the best in the extreme heat we have experienced the last couple weeks. With only 2 weeks left of Spring/Summer CSA you will be getting a lot of tomatoes and peppers. Peppers keep well in fridge but I also like to cut up peppers the way I use them in recipes and freeze. With tomatoes I cut off any bruised/blemished spots and put whole in freezer bag. They great for later use in sauces or soups and when thawed the skins pull right off.
