Farm Happenings for September 30, 2019
New to the list this week is savoy cabbage. Savoy has a great hearty texture that is more similar to lacinato kale than it is to green cabbage. We like roasting savoy cabbage with sausage and onion or adding it to a hearty veggie soup.
