The carrots are looking great! Jose just finished cleaning them with our Little Bitty tractor ahead of the rain. Now they are ready to grow a lot before it gets really cold and should be ready to harvest by January. Maybe December. Things grow slow this time of year! We also planted lots of winter greens in the greenhouses and cover crops in the fields to feed the soil this past week.
