400 lbs of Garlic is planted along with another 16 acres of winter rye and Daikon radishes for a cover crop. And we did our final planting of the greenhouses. From now until February we will turn our sites away from planting and focus on harvesting, equipment repairs, construction projects and planning for next year. And boy do we have some plans for next year! I'm anxious to tell y'all about it, but I have to get my ducks in a row first.
We still have a few spots open for the cool season that starts December 1st, if you want to sign up for that. The current season ends November 19th.
