It's Fall! And a beautiful start to it. Although a bit sad for me because a combo of 4 inches of rain and army worms rotted and ate a lot of seeds and plants I just planted (carrots the being the saddest). BUT that's farming! We will be very busy replanting, planting strawberries and maybe digging sweet potatoes this week. It's a bit late to replant carrots but we should be all right by covering with frost blankets later this winter to help them get up to size.
