Greetings folks!
The winter squash has all been harvested and is curing in the greenhouse. Always one of the favorite harvests around here. Imagine: a crew of happy farmers filling up bin after bin of colorful squash on a cool autumn afternoon. Also this week, a special appearance of APPLES! These delicious organic Gala Apples come from a farm near White Salmon, Washington- Gottschalk Orchards. This farm has fruit growing practices that we admire and some dang-good tasting apples and pears. Enjoy!
