Green bags are back!
Prior to the pandemic we packed our Farm Shares in insulate cooler bags, but as a safety precaution we switched to paper bags in 2020. We've decided it's time to reintroduce our green bags because they produce less waste and keep our veggies cool.
Please return your bag at each pickup. Any outstanding bags at the end of the season will be billed to your account. We appreciate your cooperation.
August is here! We've had plenty of rain which is rare for mid-summer. Some crops are slowing down while others are just starting to take off.
Sweet peppers are beginning to show their first signs of colour. Did you know that all peppers start out as green peppers? In a couple of weeks all our green peppers will be turning red, orange and yellow. Our eggplants are also looking absolutely stellar this season. And obviously our tomatoes are in their prime!
