Potatoes looking good!
This year we got our first planting of potatoes into the ground fairly early, so it looks like we will be able to start harvesting potatoes earlier, too! Expect new potatoes in 3 or 4 weeks!
Broccoli had some early season stresses, so it didn't form the kind of heads we are all used to, but we tried some by stir frying it with other veggies, and tasted great. More to come in the next couple weeks, and then later plantings should look better!
Carrots in two or three weeks!
