SHORTER DAYS AND COOLER NIGHTS!
Less light, and heat, for ripening the summer crops like tomatoes. We definitely didn't have as many tomatoes this season as previous seasons! A late planting of beefsteak tomatoes i1 read more »

BAGGING POTATOES
Here is our 'experienced' crew bagging the potatoes. Since the paper bags absorb moisture fairly readily, and then break apart easily, we usually end up using the nylon mesh bags instead for potatoes.
