This week's squash -- buttercup! A favorite in this household!
Other vegetables: Both sweet potatoes, and 'Irish' potatoes are available this week. And some large heads of broccoli as well! Still tomatoes, though not for much longer!

New vegetable: Sweet potatoes! Also new for the fall -- hakurei turnips, and the first spinach. (More spinach coming!) And last of the cucumbers, and dill!

About the farm
Springdale Farm started out as a CSA in 1988, and now supplies approximately 1200 CSA members, spanning several counties in southeast Wisconsin, with its organic produce. The farm is able to extend its short Wisconsin growing season with the help of over an acre of greenhouses.
