Scallions ready to be picked!
This week's veggies: Just a little bit of broccoli available, and not very nice heads, partly from the heat and lack of adequate moisture! Lots of scapes available, though we limit what we send out to most shares to what is easily manageable, though make higher quantities available at the store (for a low price!) for those with recipes that would include lots of them. We are growing some pea shoots in the greenhouse that are available to you this week. Our favorite kale (lacinato) this week as well!
Coming soon: Lots of c's! celery, cilantro, chard, cabbage
