Picking potatoes before the next rain.
NON-STOP HARVESTING
We use these last days of October to get as much out of the ground and fields as we can! Potatoes is the crop that we have the most acreage in, but also plenty of beets, and some carrots, and turnips, and leeks, and some brussels sprouts, all need to come in soon before the temperatures dip into the low 20's, which is coming soon! Sweet potatoes are all out, so we can cross that one off of the list! Snow possibly coming soon, too, which is not yet welcome!
