Eggs are at a premium right now, and it’s getting harder and harder to keep up with demand! Plus our second-year hens are winding down and our new hens are not yet laying, making our egg supply smaller.
We need your help! Please order only the amount of eggs you really need, so that others can at least get some eggs. Our young hens should begin laying in the near future, so we should be able to build up our egg supply in the next few weeks.
We have plenty of beef on the farm stand this week, including ground beef and ground round. We also have garlic, raspberry and strawberry jam, and local honey. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have trouble ordering, so Mary can put in your order while your choices are still available.
