Is it really spring, or is it still winter? It’s hard to tell these days, with mild weather one day and snow and wind the next! We’re eagerly awaiting enough warmth to plant early crops like lettuces, onions, and radishes.
On the farm stand this week we have plenty of eggs, just in time for Easter, including a few dozen pullet eggs from our “spring chickens” that have just started laying. These smaller eggs are available for $4.00 a dozen. We also have some Yukon Gold potatoes and sweet potatoes on the list, in addition to our homemade jam, grass-fed beef, and local honey from Mullet Apiaries.
We wish you a blessed Easter!
