Have you ever watched someone's eyes glaze? Jason and I have been teaching cash flow workshops to farmers for a decade, so we've seen a lot of eyes glaze. I mean, that's not exactly the sexy part of farming, we get it.
But now it's me in the eye glaze territory. It happens just about every November, but because this year has been so crazy, I'm finding my eye glaze amplified. Not only do I find it difficult to focus, I find it difficult to even want to focus. As if someone is droning on and I'm ready for a very long nap. My eyes glaze.
Sunday I laid in the grass with my pets and let my eyes glaze. The weather was glorious and I decided to just live in that warm blank moment. Laundry can wait, house cleaning can wait, what else was I even supposed to do? It can wait. Eye glaze.
