Jason preparing fields for fall planting (already!!!) on this hazy hot day
We're in a couple week gap in salad mix production (sorry!). This, of course, was not the plan. But plans, well, they are but theoretical guidelines designed for everything going..well..as planned:) And this just doesn't happen frequently. So, we'll have to live a couple of weeks (maybe three!) without lettuce salads. We can have tomato salads though! Or green bean salads! Because we are fully into summer crops now with sweet peppers (better late than never!) and tomatoes and beans and eggplant showing their pretty little tasty faces.
