Y'all are above average! The average "further customization" rate across Harvie is 40%, and y'all customize at a 70% rate! Keep up the good work. As long as your preferences are set, your share is already customized, but further customization is an even greater step toward full use of your share!
A reminder that we do re-use the boxes, so please return them when you pick up your next box (or simply take the contents and leave the box--that works too!). Also, our egg producer greatly appreciates egg cartons (both theirs and any you find out in the world!), so please also return those with your box.
We're always working toward perfect, but we're still human (sigh) and so be sure to let us know if something is missing from your box so we can make it right! Same is true if you ever receive something of dubious quality. We and our partner farmers stand by our product, but every once in a while, something slips through our quality control systems and we want to know when it does so we can correct the problem.
