June brings on the collision of spring and summer. Which means after this big ginger/turmeric planting, our planting schedule diminishes to a trickle (last succession of cucumbers and tomatoes, beans and salad every week), until the fall planting begins in August. That doesn't mean relaxation though! Most of the summer crops are in the ground for long periods of time and require a lot of maintenance such as trellising and weed control. And we're still harvesting most of the spring crops and starting to harvest some of the summer crops. And the TSF team has really been cranking out a lot of food these past few weeks! All this is to say that we've decided to expand our farmily. Yep, we're hiring more folks. If you know of anyone interested, please have them contact us! It will be a seasonal gig through the end of August.
Thanks and enjoy your harvest this week!
