Welcome to week 3!
Just a couple of logistics for those of you just joining us.
Please return your empty boxes. Your produce is in a compostable liner for food safety reasons so that we can re-use the boxes. It helps us keep our costs down.
Our egg producer would love your egg cartons back (or any you've been keeping around).
The salad containers are compostable. That being said, your kitchen compost is probably too small to heat up enough, so feel free to return those to us to compost in our giant compost pile.
