Welcome to the final delivery of the main season harvest shares! You have been eating fresh, local, organic, healthy produce for 22 weeks! We are filled with gratitude for your support, for the cooler weather, and for the beautiful change of seasons approaching. We hope you have enjoyed your harvest share this season. We have absolutely enjoyed growing food for you! I have enjoyed managing the harvest shares for all these years, but am also excited to be handing over that baton to Kelsey beginning with this fall season. I'll be hanging around for support for a while as she gets back into the swing of things, but then I'll mostly be support or fill in for whomever needs it on the farm. We've got the best solid crew in place to lead us into the coming seasons as we grow more than we've ever grown before (we begin fruit planting in late winter/early spring). We're excited by the possibilities and to all be involved in the creation of systems from the ground up. What a time to be a part of Tumbling Shoals Farm!
The fall shares are still structured in the same way as the main season shares, although it's a one-size-fits-all share (you can always add on weekly!). I haven't checked, but I believe there are still shares available. You can sign up by heading to your Harvie portal, clicking "my farms" then "place order" then clicking on the fall share. Fall shares are available in most location except for 4 Forty Four and Catawba Government Center/Employee Health Connections. Contact me if you have any questions or problems signing up!
