The Farm has been bustling this week! We successfully delivered our first week of CSA vegetable boxes to our Lehigh Valley customers.

Don't worry, if a CSA box does not fit your needs right now, you can continue to order all the high-quality organic items you are used to with us each week on this FARM STAND.
This week we have several late spring veggies to offer to you - bok choy, green onions, collards, and more.
And.....we have organic strawberries to offer to you as well.

****PS If you DO get a CSA box from us, you can add items right into your order as EXTRAS after you customize your box. You don NOT have to place a separate FARM STAND order.
SOME REMINDERS:
TAKE CARE OF THE BOX (if you are getting a delivered box)
Be careful when opening your box. You shouldn't need to tear the flaps when you open. Just slide the top one back. WATCH THIS VIDEO to show you how.
RETURN THE BOX & PACKING MATERIALS - We intend to reuse every box we send out for the majority of the season. Keep the box safe until your next farm stand delivery, then leave your box for the driver to pick up at your next delivery or bring the box back to the farm.
PLEASE LET YOUR HOUSEHOLD (spouse, partners, children) KNOW NOT TO THROW AWAY, DESTROY, DAMAGE OR RECYCLE THIS BOX, COOLER BAGS OR ICE BRICKS.
WHAT ELSE TO SAVE?
- ICE PACKS & ICE BRICKS - when thawed, keep dry until returned.
- GREEN CARTONS (square pints, quarts, etc.)
- EGG CARTONS (cardboard)
We will re-use or recycle these items. You may return them with your waxed produce box. Please discard or recycle any plastic or paper bags that your veggies come in. Each year we work to improve, reduce and recycle the necessary packing. Thanks for your attention and assistance.
