Add a single cucumber to your box if you'd like but you won't be able to swap evenly "one" cucumber for a "bunch" of another veggie because the values are different. Harvesting: Cherry tomatoes, Medium red tomatoes, Sweet Corn (not organic), Eggplant, Sweet Yellow Onions, Jalapeño peppers, Slicing cucumbers, Yellow & Green Summer Squash, Garlic, Beets, Cabbage, Italian Basil, Parsley. ***Sometimes we have limited amounts of the first harvests. If you love something above and didn't get any this time, change your preferences to mark that veggie as a "5" and others as something lower. NEW: Sweet Corn is NOT organic - four ears come in a bunch.
