Winter veggies are only boring if you keep doing the same things with them. You'll find the same veggies will repeat in your farm shares for the final four deliveries. Farmer Reuben will buy some variety from organic farms in Lancaster as he is able, like the sweet potatoes and spinach he plans to get for this week. TIP: Add CHEESE to make your recipes and meals AMAZING! Farmer Reuben also wants you to try our artisan cheese from our cheese room: Gouda, Alpine, & Blue Cheese. We don't always have our aged cheeses conveniently available through your membership though they can be found at the markets where Steve and Vince bring cheese. We'll keep stocking these cheeses for you as we see how popular they are. You won't regret treating yourself to these fine cheeses.

**REMINDER: Before returning your box for pick up - please remove your box label. This will save Farmer Reuben time this winter when he has very few staff helping him. SAVE YOUR LABEL if you are missing an item or something is unsatisfactory. Sending us a picture of your label will help us diagnose our error in the pack line and make improvements. (You can discard your labels afterward.)
