We have a great change in store starting this week!
You may have noticed that every week there have been a few select "non-veggie" items that you have been able to swap with your veggies to put into your share for little to no extra charge.
WELL....starting this week, we have made EVERYTHING in our online market available to you for swapping.
How will this change affect you? It depends!
If you only want veggies in your delivery, you can keep it that way. In fact, your share will still automatically be filled with your preferred vegetables right from the start...like it always has been.
BUT....now you have the option to choose other items to put in your box that week, potentially for no extra charge.
You will continue to see any additional swap charges noted when you attempt to swap one item out for another. Your card will be charged for any additional charges incurred on top of your regular box amount. You can still add other items, just like you have been able to do in the past.
We hope you enjoy this change and that it makes your shopping experience with Willow Haven Farm even better.
Let us know if you have any questions!
Things to look for this week:
- 10 lbs. of organically grown pickling cucumbers for ONLY $12
- Grab some GREEN GARLIC, too, if you plan to make pickles this week.
- Cherry Preserves (1/2 pints, just made this week)
- We still have "Small Onions" this week. As our scallions grow, they are now more like a small white onion. Put some in your share this week. They taste fabulous!
Thank you for supporting your local farm.
We'll keep farming for you,
Reuben, Tessa, and the Farm Crew @ Willow Haven Farm
REMINDERS & TIPS :
Check your preferences: your box will be automatically filled with the vegetables that you prefer, or in the case of a Market Box, it will be filled with all of your preferences. You can now swap items out with anything in the market. Sometimes our swaps are limited so it is best to have your box filled with your preferences on the first pass. You can even change your preferences throughout the season.
Customize: Once you receive this email, you can now customize your box. Now you can swap any and all items in your box and add extra items you like from our ever-growing selection of high-quality organic foods and products. Simply add them to your box and your card will be charged upon finalization of your order. The customization window will close at NOON on Thursday.
Add another item to your cart: Check to see if you have "more value" left in your share by going to customization - click on your cart - then click back to the items. If a green bar appears that says you can add items because you have left over value in your share, try adding another veggie or low cost item to your cart to see.
Boxes and labels: Before returning your box (and other packing materials) for pick up - please remove your box label. SAVE YOUR LABEL if you are missing an item or something is unsatisfactory. Sending us a picture of your label will help us diagnose our error in the pack line and make improvements. (You can discard your labels afterward.)
