Some of you just found us recently or are looking forward to spending another "Growing Season" with us - We are so glad you found us and we thank YOU for your support!
Isn't is great to be able to have a CSA that fits your season of life?!? We are grateful for each one of our members and the ways in which you support this growing family farm in New Tripoli. We have great things in store for you this year.
For those of you who are new, what happens next?
This email is your notification that it is time to customize your share. Your share will come pre-filled with items from your preferences, that you hopefully set up when you signed up. If not, don't worry, you can set up or change your preferences in your account at any time.
Each week, you will want to log in to your account and customize your share so that you get exactly what you want in your market box. You have paid for a certain size, so fill it up to that dollar amount. If you go over, your card will be charged the difference 1-2 days before your delivery arrives.
We have done the work in finding you high quality, organic foods so all you have to do is fill your box and be done. We do the rest!
You have until Thursday at 2:00pm to customize. Shop around and choose exactly what you want. Then, on Saturday, you will either have your box delivered to St. Stephen's Church or you will come to the farm to pick out your produce and other items. Bring along a shopping bag or box to take your items home from the farm.
We always have new products, so be sure to read these emails to stay up to date on what is new. Also, you will want to join our Members-ONLY Telegram group (See the link below in the very important tips section.) We have a great community that shares tips and recipes AND you are the first to know of any news we need to communicate to our members.
ONE MORE IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION: Did you know....Annika and Vincent are getting married on Saturday, June 10!
The farm will be CLOSED and you will NOT get a share delivered or available for pick up on that day - June 10. Your share has been moved to Wednesday, June 7. Yep, that is 4 days after this first Saturday share.
If that is OK with you, then do nothing. You will get an emails this Friday to customize your Wednesday share. If that is not going to work for you, then log into your account and either change your location to donate your share or skip it. Everything will be back to normal again on June 17. Thanks for your understanding while we celebrate.

VERY IMPORTANT: Check your preferences: your box will be automatically filled with the items YOU prefer. You can always change items out, but sometimes our veggies, especially, are limited so it is best to have your box filled with your preferences on the first pass. You can change your preferences at anytime throughout the season.
EVEN MORE IMPORTANT!! Customize: Once you receive this email, you can now customize your box. Customize your box by swapping and/or adding additional items you like from our ever-growing selection of high quality organic foods and products. You can swap or add in your Harvie account and your card will be charged upon finalization of your order. The customization window will open on Fridays and close at 7pm on Sunday. Or for Saturday members, the window will open by noon on Wednesday and close at 2:00pm on Thursday.
Add another item to your cart: Your market box is like your grocery budget for the week. Check to see if you have "more value" left in your box by going to customization - click on your cart - then click back to the items. If you have left over value in your share, try adding another low cost item to your cart.

What we need from you: RETURN BOXES...
If you are getting a box delivered: Please remember to put your box out before your next delivery so the driver can take it back to the farm to be reused. Before returning your box (and other packing materials) for pick up - please remove your box label. Why? It saves Farmer Reuben and the crew much time :)
However..... please do SAVE YOUR LABEL if you are missing an item or something is unsatisfactory, Farmer Reuben and the team really do want to know about it. Sending us a picture of your label will help us diagnose our error in the pack line and make improvements. (You can discard your labels afterward.)
** Please return any waxed boxes, green cartons, freezer bricks, and reflective box liners at the time of your next delivery or pick up.
