We have many fresh greens to put on your plate. 
We have kale, arugula, collards, salad and spinach in good quantities. Here’s a pic of arugula salad topped with carrots and homemade buttermilk-ranch dressing.
We tried an unusual recipe for juiced sweet carrots: pour the juice over vanilla ice cream. 
This week from Prairie Fruits we are featuring creamy Black Goat, tangy Mixed Milk Feta, and plain Chèvre.
