Farm Happenings for April 4, 2020

Sorry we are running a liittle behind this week. This morning we have been moving greenhouses, cutting potatoes for planting and harvesting. This week is a big week because in addition to harvesting and packing for our pre-boxing we are moving another greenhouse and planting outside. The weather is perfect and we aim to get it all done. We have very limited salad mix this week so grab it early if you can.

Ordering will close on Wednesday, April 1st at noon. Pick up will be in the southwest parking lot of Lincoln Square mall just as it was last week. The pick up time will be 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We now have a new page on our website called Current News. This is where we will post updates about pre-boxing, market updates, and more. Please check that website here: http://bluemoonfarmurbana.com/current-news/  That website has a map of where pick up is as well. The same precautions apply this week that applied last week:

On Saturday we're going to be in the Southwest parking lot of the mall. That's the parking lot that sits inside the corner of Race and Illinois. Here's how it will work:
1. Pick up time is 8am-12pm. We don't anticipate this changing because temps will be above freezing.
2. When you arrive, there may be a line of people waiting to pick up their boxes. Please keep 10 feet between yourselves and others.
3. When it's your turn, approach the table, tell us you name. Let us put your bags on the table and step back, then you take your bags. We are aiming for NO PHYSICAL CONTACT. Alternatively, if you do drive up, pop your trunk so we can put your items in there.
4. There are no sales going on, just pickups of pre-ordered stuff.
5. Please don't come if you feel sick. This goes without saying. Make arrangements with us via bluemoonfarmurbana@gmail.com
