Mint Tea Now Available
This week we have been working hard on baling hay and planting our fall/winter mix. We have many greens ready and more to come. Jerusalem Artichokes
This week, we harvested some Jerusalem Artichokes. This was brand new for me, so I enjoyed learning a new experience. We spent all day Monday harvesting and cleaning the Jerusalem Artichokes. Pumpkin Seeds and Greens
We have so many tiny pumpkins and a few LARGE pumpkins. These are ready to be displayed, carved, or eaten! Pumpkin is very beneficial to our health. Itsy, Bitsy Gourds!
