This past week we said goodbye to our apprentices and thanked them for a wonderful season. Their departure is a indicator that the season is near its end. It's a time for reflection and to reminisce on all the fun and challenging times this year. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with them and watch them grow into the farmers they are now and I know each of them will go on to do great things, whatever path they choose.
With only a few weeks left in the season and the temperatures getting colder and colder, be sure to stock up on root vegetables. We are fortunate to have an abundance this year and we want to make sure our customers are stocked up for the weeks to come.
Hope everyone had a great holiday and got to spend time with family and friends eating wonderful food.
