As we approach thanksgiving, the weather has turned and it's cold! Each morning this week the grass was a frosty white and our mornings have been filled with jobs to keep the crew warm, mainly brush clearing and bulk harvests. This week things are slowing down on the farm, and we are prepping for the winter season. Our CSA has gotten smaller and market hours have shortened. How’d it get to be November? Coulda sworn that yesterday was mid September. Sure felt like it too, with the afternoons in the mid 60s I found myself in shorts and a t shirt by the afternoon.
