Let’s celebrate good food, hard work, and community! Join us for a farm potluck and meet the many hands that help nurture the bounty found each week at the CSA! The College Farm will provide a BIG green salad plus veggie and beef kabobs and beverages. We invite you to bring a side dish or dessert to share!
After dinner, the 2022 Farm Olympics promises to entertain both participants and spectators. Games for all ages!
This week on the farm was a bit different than most. We had limited a crew, which was a bit of an adjustment for all of us. But regardless, it was still a great week on the farm. We started harvesting a lot of new vegetables this week, including eggplant, basil, potatoes, and my favorite, tomatoes! We also did a lot of garlic processing, which means we’ll have a lot of garlic at the farmer’s market in the coming weeks. Overall, it was a busy week but thankful for the abundance of new summer vegetables and cooler weather as compared to last week.
