Hey all!
This is Nick with the latest farm happenings! We have been working hard harvesting our tomatoes and melons that have just recently become ready, and have been processing lots of our produce for the farm store! Other than that we have been mostly trying to keep the weeds at bay out in our fields, which has been a bit rough because of the heat, but when we need to chill out for a bit we continue to process the garlic we harvested in July. Although this didn't happen this week, I was able to help the livestock crew with trimming the sheep's hooves before they went to the solar farm. It was great to work with them and I hope I get to work with the animals more in the future.
