This week was a transitional week on the farm. With students heading back to school, we’ve lost a large chunk of our staff. But we’re powering through until our part time student staff start working on the farm. This week we’ve done lots of harvesting and a bit of transplanting to prep for fall crops. Overall it’s been a productive week with a limited staff. We also had an awesome start with our farm store, Farm Works, on campus. We serve up tasty farm fresh meals to students and canned goods from the farm. Things also ramped up at the farmers market this week with students back in town. Overall it’s been a busy and productive week here on the farm!
