It was a beautiful week out on the farm. We had a big harvest on Monday, followed by onion processing on Tuesday. The market team prepped pizzas for market Tuesday afternoon. Come try this month's special at market, pierogi pizza: a mashed potato base with sautéed onions and cheese. We had a successful market on Wednesday, selling out of all the pizzas! The team had another big harvest on Thursday with the help of our student farmers.
