Hey all,
It's the Thanksgiving CSA share! I'm excited for the diverse line up of veggies we have to offer this week. The other staff and I are looking forward to packing up shares on Monday.
Yesterday was Apprentice Ellie's last day. Ellie was the last apprentice here on the farm braving the cold nights in the yurt. Ellie came to us late in the year but she jumped right in the fray and did a fantastic job! Attached is a picture of her tacking down some new greenhouse plastic the other day.
