Welcome to Week 1! It's finally fresh veggie time! We are currently doing our first big harvest of the year for tomorrows pick up. We are looking forward to harvesting for your Friday delivery on Thursday! This weeks menu includes spring favorites as well as our stored sweet potatoes which held up very well. I know Harvie has provided you with some resources to perform your share customization and selections. If you have any trouble please don't hesitate to reach out. Remember to customize your share by Wednesday at 5 pm. At that time, I'll finalize the harvest list so the crew and I are ready to roll Thursday morning. Have a great week! About the farm
The Dickinson College Farm is an eighty-acre, USDA-certified organic farm and a living laboratory where students can gain distinctive, hands-on learning experiences. Student employees, graduate apprentices and volunteers are involved in all aspects of food production and research. The farm serves as a venue for the Dickinson community and its neighbors to experience a holistic approach to land stewardship rooted in management practices that work to sustain the natural environment.
